Dig out under house to enlarge an existing room for garden tools

I have an existing room for garden equipment which is too small. I would like the area behind dug out, the floor concreted, the sides lined and new shelves built. This room is currently full of gear which I will clear out before work starts. I would like a quality job. Work can start immediately. I would preferably like the job started within the next three months.

I am very happy with the finished work. It took longer than expected but I think the builder may have underestimated the amount of digging required.
