Home extension

We would like to add a small en suite to a bedroom (fully tiled bathroom-we might get the actual bathroom done by the same people renovating our other bathroom), however the house will require an extension to accommodate for this. We don't have a time frame. What I would like is a quote for the extension and getting hte bathroom ready for installation by another party. Hope this makes sense! Attached an image of the side of the house that we're thinking of adding the extension.
