Assess property and repair where necessary

Hi there. Old property in Kingsland pre-1930s building. Needs to be assessed as to whether it's up to a liveable standard and appraised as to what needs to be repaired to bring it up to standard, especially with the Healthy Home Regulations. Looking for someone to assess on or before Friday 31 July 2020. Thanks.
