House Building Process
Job description
We are in the process of building our own place, currently at the design phase. I'd like some chats with someone on the whole building process ~ process stages, approvals needed, materials used, pitfalls to look out for etc. Given we are all in lockdown might suit a qualified builder who like me is sat at home doing nothing. NZD50/ an hour paid upfront for simply chatting on the phone. Not looking for any trade secrets just an education on the building process.

Oliver was super helpful and knowledgeable. We chatted about the building process and pricing for about 3 hours (paid) which was exactly what I was looking for.
