Quick job - drilling through concrete for a fibre cable connection

We are in a new build trying to get fibre connected but the cable for fibre has been concreted over - we need a hole drilled from hole where the cable is currently (up into the garden, (approx half a meter) so chorus can install the fibre. Would be great to get this done as soon as possible.
