Unit title conversion

Hi, we have council approved plans to build a new unit downstairs at a home. We need someone to give us a quote and start work on this sometime in the new year (we are flexible on this). Originally we would like a ball park estimate and then go from there with a cost break down and phased development plans. I can email the plans to anyone who is interested to give you an idea of what has been approved and can answer any questions as they come up. A site visit can also be arranged to get a further feel for the work involved. Cheers
