Floor, Framing and Gib work

We are needing the following work completed for a 3 bedroom 1950's 96m2 home in original condition with Skillion roof. Currently the house has been completely gutted of gib board where internal framing is exposed. We are needing this work completed as soon as possible. A start date within the next week or two would be ideal. - Floor repairs in bathroom, kitchen, laundry due to water damage. (Needing rotten wood and possible floor joist under house replaced.) - Remove internal framing (Non load bearing walls) between kichen and dining and also between toilet, bathroom and laundry. - Build new internal wall framing to create a laundry space and open up Bathroom space. -Fully line all walls with Gib, Gib stop, replace architraves, mouldings throughout whole house. - Install all new internal doors and mouldings throughout whole house including bedroom wardrobes. - Remove internal particle board ceiling panels across whole house - Install false gib ceiling and place insulation between roof and ceiling. - Enclose external lower cavity of the house so we are able to install a moisture barrier on the ground under the house.
