Repair and replace skirting/wall
Job description
Hi. I need skirting/wall replaced. Moisture is entering my ground floor landing and adjacent wash-house. It’s permeated the skirting and I think spread up the wall but I’m not sure how far. I’m pretty sure it’s entering through the exterior wall. Unfortunately I’ve been told the exterior cladding on that part of my house may contain asbestos so I guess it will need testing and possibly replacing. Many thanks!
