Bathroom. Builder, plumber, tiler, electrician.

1st week Dec 2019, 2 week completion timeframe. I need a builder to build and coordinate multiple trades for the following tasks. I also need all other tradies. I could source on separate posts but would be helpful if there is a team that are used to working together. I can source most of the materials, particularly tiles, shower towel rail, faucet, mixer, shower head. I’d rather not work with people who put a markup on materials so I can keep costs down (sorry to state the obvious) I will also try and demo what is there (shub and floor tiles) but will need the plumber in to turn off supply and move toilet out of way. If removing existing floor tiles proves too hard it may need completing ;-) Tasks: Replacing shub with frameless glass shower, 1200x 800. Build in shower recess/nook. Replace any subfloor or walls as required. Wetroom former for shower may be req. Replace shower slide with twin system and mixer. Replace vanity faucet. Install dechlorinator filter for shower. Uninstall/reinstall toilet for floor tiling. Replace heated towel rail. Install underfloor heating. Tile wetroom floor 4m2 - don’t want lip/step around shower. Decorative pattern. Tile shower drain, long (will need advice as to length). Tile shower recess decorative inner. Herringbone sheets on inner back and Carrara tile inner. Tile shower walls --- with white sq tile - brick pattern. Tile decorative detail around bathroom wall approx 3 linear meters.
