Workmanship inferior - even Sam's painter said the wood used was not suitable and therefore very difficult to paint. The gates are not level and stick at the top and have a gap at the bottom. This was pointed out to Sam on his completion and he undertook to come back and rectify it. He fails to communicate despite a number of attempts both by phone and email.
