The quote is to be for the building of the house (311m2) in its entirety to the plans as supplied and to include: Fencing - close timber panels to the side fences and pool type fencing to the rear and front The house build, foundations, driveways and retaining as specified in the plans Alarm System Carpets for the Formal Living room, the stairs to the upper floor and bedrooms - to be quoted and the budget per m2 to be advised (actual carpet chosen later) Laminate to the ground floor (apart from the Formal Living Room) - to be quoted and the budget per m2 advised (actual flooring chosen later) Tiles for the bathrooms and Utility Room (Floor and Walls) - to be quoted and the budget per m2 advised (actual tiles chosen later) Kitchen Units and Worktops - a PC sum can be provided Specify the following with details of the supplier and model etc. Joinery (all windows and doors (incl the entry door) Light Fittings and switches Internal doors Vanities - a PC sum can be provided Bathroom fittings - a PC sum can be provided Quote to be all inclusive apart from the landscaping
