Ramp

Need a ramp to be created to join top and bottom backyard so that my dog can move across easily. Needs to be a gentle slope, probably finishing at the garage walls you can see in the photo. Some light railing at the top of the ramp and the footpath you can see is also required. And the trellis fence at the top backyard to be hinged at the end so that it can be kept open like a door to allow the dog access to the path and the ramp but closed if we need to restrict his movements.
