Front entry - changes to ramp & stairs

I currently have a short ramp leading up one side of my entryway and stairs on the other (see photos). The ramp is too steep and slippery but there is not enough room on that side to extend it. I want the ramp moved to the other side (where the stairs are currently) so it can be longer and not so steep, and move the stairs to the side the ramp is currently on. I also want to extend the roof shelter above the door to provide better rain protection. I will supply the kwila decking for the ramp & stairs and the roofing iron for the above the door. Thanks
