Bathroom vanity is coming away from the wall and needs tightening.

We have a bathroom vanity that is screwed into the wall, but the vanity is coming away from the wall. We want the vanity to be securely reattached to the wall. It appears that the screws are coming loose and need tightening, but we are not sure if the thread has worn, or if larger screws are needed. The vanity is large and heavy, so it is a 2-man job.
