Remove mouldy floor, install new floor and recarpet

Due to a blocked drain we have had grey water pooling under our property. This has resulted in the floor being destroyed due to mould, to the point where it floor has holes in it. the floor needs to be removed (possibly throughout) and a new floor laid and new carpet etc. We had the mould tested and here is the report: --- % --- .pdf?dl=0 Open to other ideas...
