Repair Block wall and replace fallen wall

We have a gate at the end of the driveway held up by 2 concrete pillars. One of the pillars has come lose from the concrete blocks on the house. This needs re-fixing . We are also looking for recommendations for another part of the wall which has fallen . It could be replaced by blocks or a fence. I have also listed this under General Builder as I'm not sure what's needed
