Remove Conservatory, Reinstate deck, install bi-fold doors

We wish to remove a 30-year-old conservatory and reinstate a bungalow weather board deck and rail that was there previous to the conservatory being erected. The deck floor is still there and will need some work. The walls and rail need to built plus 2 sets so bifold doors leading to the deck. Also, wish to remove the spiral staircase - no replacement required as we have interior access to the deck. Size of deck is approx 2.4 wide x 6.4 long. Keen to start asap. We have as-built plans available if required.
