Barn style new residential building

We are looking into the options for building a new barn style building next to our existing home. We live in apartment building residential zone, so believe we can build a large new building. Details: 15m by 7m. 3m high walls. 30 to 45 degree pitch roof. Concrete floor. Timber clad walls. 1/3 of building to be double garage. Rest of building to be open plan. Plywood internal walls, with insulation Power and lighting throughout. No plumbing. Looking at portal frame so no walls or posts inside. Want fast, simple, cost effective build. So interested in kitset build or similar.
