We have a deck at the front of the 2 story townhouse , over our front entrance the front railing and surrounding wood is in need of replacement however there is a waterproof seal underneath and when I asked my local handyman he said it needed a registered builder to do it due to the waterproof seal beneath . Before winter would be good but am flexible
