Roof leak/plasterboard repair/replacement

Suspected roof leak has caused mouldy plasterboard. Unsure of actual damage behind the wall -if it is structural or just superficial but would like someone to inspect roof for leak and fix (I have not been up on the roof so not sure if it is case of gutter just needs cleaning!) replace plasterboard ready for painting and replace/repair another area of plasterboard within the house.
