Family Home White Swan Rd - Major renovations and extension

We live in a 2 storey, 4 bedroom, 1960s brick home on 1800m2 land. The land has a steep slope towards the bottom, which we want to level out into a second driveway with a retaining wall. In regards to the house, we would like to upgrade our current window frames, bathroom/shower and move the kitchen from the upstairs to downstairs. We want to also build a large extension to include extra bedrooms, bathrooms and a balcony. We are starting from scratch, and have vague ideas at the moment. No plans, but open to ideas that would suit our large, growing family. Photos will be uploaded within a week.
