House tie down and renovation

Our first home work has been very delayed and we're looking for a registered builder with experience in house tie downs. We also have a series of changes that the council want us to make to have the house comply. Full plans available on request. We need: Relocated house secured to its piles Set of lounge doors moved to a different wall Extension of a bedroom Front door shifted to different wall Repair to gap left by chimney Lintel in kitchen/lounge to be assessed and resecured if needed. Hole in ceiling fixed Window at front entrance moved to where lounge doors were.
