Minor Building Extension

I have a minor extension that I want to have built. It is a ~7.5m² extension to form an office/Study off our living area. Building consents are currently lodged for the project and are expected in 3-4 weeks. Job Specifics: 1. Timber foundations/Weatherboards/Corrugated iron roof/Gib linings construction. 2. Consent drawings complete 3. Resource consent in place 4. Building Consent due 3-4 weeks Requirements: 1. Immediate start once building consent available 2.
