Job description
We are looking for a qualified builder who is experienced in renovation and general building and has an eye for detail for a job starting around the week of Jan 14th 2019. We are putting in a new kitchen and reconfiguring the layout of our living area. The job will entail: - Putting in a new framed doorway into an interior wall. - Building a recess into an existing interior wall (for a fridge and shelving unit to sit into). - Closing an existing interior doorway. - Removal and replacing x2 windows and window frames. Different dimensions so could be a little involved. - Removal of two struts, which could be load bearing - so may be a bit involved also. We don't have access to the place until Jan 13th but just trying to get an idea of availability and hourly rates
