Drilling mounts and shelves into concrete wall

We need 10 x shelves, 10 x monitor mounts, 9 x screens, security cameras and some hooks drilled into the walls of our retail space. The walls are made up of a thin gib layer with solid concrete behind, so need to be able to drill through that.
