Small Ceiling

I would like a small ceiling (225x94) built to cover up some heatpump ducts. I have attached some photos of the work that needs to be completed. A summary is as follows: 1. A ceiling frame should be built to fit the dimensions shown -The frame should be built as high as possible - The ceiling is to be insulated (insulation provided) 2. Ceiling Gib should then be installed 3. On one end of the ceiling an angle should be build as depicted 4. Skirting should be installed My estimation is that the work should take around half a day to a full day
