Replace broken board to cover under deck area and fix basement entry door
Job description
Tenants damaged the board that was covering under decking space, as well as the wooden door to access to under the house space. The board that was covering under decking space could be some kind of cement board or whatever material is used for this (you'll be able to inspect at viewing). I basically need to cover two gaping holes left now - the broken part of the board covering under decking space to be replaced with another board, and the wooden door to the space under the house either fixed or re-made to fit into surrounding villa boards.

Great guy, he was on time to inspect before quoting, and was again on time when he said he'd do the job. Kept the price as quoted, and did a good job, so I'd definitely recommend him and will use him in the future.
