Deck construction

24m2 (12m x 2m) deck (and framing) to be constructed over the top of concrete, including seating at one side (to join retaining wall). Simple design. Needs to be as low profile as possible, so probably only room for 150 x 50 joists above concrete. Existing concrete has been cut where posts need to go, although needs to be broken up to access soil to dig post holes. Prefer deck and seating to be constructed in 140 x 32 pine. Option to do framing structure only and leave decking itself to me. Area to be covered shown in photograph.
