Internal Doorway Work x2

We require an experienced tradesman to assist with a couple of jobs on our master bedroom conversion. (in an old Grey Lynn villa, previously converted into 2 flats by blocking off central hallway) Job 1. Cut a door through the hallway to provide access to the main bedroom. There are no power/water services in this wall. We will supply the door and frame. A floor plan and photo of the hallway is attached. Job 2 Remove an existing double door (salvaging the door & surrounds for reuse), framing up and lining with GIB. We will paint. Photo of door attached. Job #3 - install a crossbeam for a wardrobe door install. Floorplan attached as a guide. Timeframe: Need the work completed by the end of April, but have a window in the week of the 5th - 9th March that would be ideal.
