Water leak downstairs after heavy rainfall. Unsure how water is getting in, no dripping down the walls. There is silicon between tile floor and skirting board, looks like it has been done a few times. Would be good to have walls check for moisture levels.

Job took longer than expected but this was because drainage outside needed doing first before the work inside could continue.; so overall quite happy and confident that we won't get more leak problems in the room.
