Replacement of Subfloor support posts
Job description
WE have a basement that has two posts holding the floor up and both look to be cracking badly. These may have some sign of dry rot or similar, the - unsure but there cracks have progressed over the last 10days or so. Suspect we need a builder with relevant experience. To jack the floor up and repalce the two posts? hope for some prompt response and some indications on price ranges... Photo shows the two posts. hope that helps?
