New Low Laying Deck

Hi Builders! We are urgently wanting a low laying deck built before the summer time. Its unfortunate that we have to look to have it built so close to xmas but we have our fingers crossed that another Builder will come to our rescue!! It will be a very low laying deck (ground level). Our backyard is approximately 40m2. It is part concrete and part grass. We do not want the concrete removed at all but simply have the deck built over the top. Please only apply for this job IF your communication levels are of customer satisfation level and you are a committed builder who prides themselves in the work they do. Sorry to be picky about this but we had another builder let us down terribly with his lack of communication and constant excuses to make a start. That really delayed us back with our decking plans! We are needing this deck made in the shortest timeframe possible and started asap please.
