Sound Proofing between business and commercial large building

We need to soundproof a set of walls between a business and residential shared building. The business operates a piano business and the sound pollutes the residential space. Looking at the available options to achieve this so there is no noise from the piano business into the residential area. 3 storey location. not sure if 3rd storey needs soundproofing
