Install skirting boards

We need skirting boards installed in a breakfast room, lounge, entrance hall, hallway and bathroom. They will need to be mitred for the outside corners and coped for the inside corners. Also we have just had the walls plastered so the screws need to be counter-sunk and screwed, not nailed. Some walls are not true. We will supply the skirting boards and screws. Our own drop saw is not able to cut the boards as it doesn't go high enough. You would have to bring a suitable drop saw. The height of the boards is 175mm (approx). We need this done asap. As we renovate houses for a living, we would like to make a relationship with a suitable builder for ongoing work in other properties.
