Job description
Adding 60 m2 to my house in Blockhouse Bay. Straightforward rectangular extension to a 1910 bungalow. Great access to site. Plans Approved. Looking for a build only labour contract, foundations, subfloor, walls, install windows, trusses measured and installed,cladding and internal doors hung. I (Owner), experienced in PM will manage the materials to site, and other contractors. Only experienced builders apply with references of work. Plans on request.

I had an difficult extension to my house in Blockhouse Bay. Dave using all his 40 yrs experience was invaluable from day 1. Dave and his boys measure twice, cut once. The end result will stand the test of time for years to come. We passed every building inspection with flying colours and the inspectors always commented on what a quality build it was. Dave is a man of his word and we had no issues over the 4-5 months Dave and his boys were onsite. Highly Recommended A++, extremely happy.
