Want to replace an existing single skyline type garage with a double garage 6.5m x 6.0m. This will require a small retaining wall against the roadside. The garage is to be built to match the house, i.e. tile roof 2.6 m stud and timber weatherboards as well as cedar window joinery on one wall . Have plans made and neighbours consent, resource consent hopefully not far away. Can post plans to interested builders.
