replace bath and shower
Job description
Must be available to complete the job in the next 3 weeks. Old bath, serotone lining, shower (over bath) and shower screen needs removing. New bath, 3 sided shower lining, shower (over bath) and shower screen to be installed. The new items will be in the same position as the old ones. There might be a small amount of packing needed to fit exactly. I would prefer someone who could do the whole job, rather than having to get separate plumber, carpenter etc. Important that everything is watertight but on a fairly tight budget.

Steve's workmanship appeared good, and he put in extra steps to make sure the job was done properly, eg making sure all the bathroom walls were dried out after years of water damage. He didnt just do the minimum to get the job done. However, I was without a bath or shower for 4 weeks instead of one. There were extenuating circumstances, which made some of the delay understandable but at times it was difficult to get hold of him for several days and I didnt know when the job would be finished, which was very frustrating especially as i had family coming from overseas. Having said that, initially his communication was excellent, so its difficult to say how much was just bad timing. He only charged me for the initial quote and bore some additional plumbing expenses himself to compensate for the delay, which was appreciated.So overall, workmanship good, seemed a genuine guy, the circumstances for my job were bad, but communication could have been better.
