Job description
Our builder who we booked last year has cancelled our job due to workload the day before he was due to start. .In anticipation of him coming we ripped up a floor, removed a balustrade, bought a recyled window and couple of doors, ordered a new winodw and bought bathroom fixtures and fittings. As a result we now need a builder to do he following; install 2 x bathroom mirror cabinets -pictured install 1 x bathroom tower- pictured install a recyled window in a 1950s weatherbaord house - window and wall its going into pictured install 2 doors to existing surrounds. One of them is a bit too tall so will need a bit shaved off the bottom - door pictured remove existing large window and replace with the new window we are about to take delivery of - existing window picured but not the new one remove an existing door surround and gib over doorway - pictued . build new steps and and ballustrade - we want large wide steps off the deck Please call Sarah --- to come and have a closer look so you can price up. As you see from the piled up doors, windows ans boxes we are ready to begin now so if you are interested in this job please don't hesitiate to call.

I used this guy because the builder we previously had (and were very happy with) cancelled at the last minute. I would not use him again. Even though his price was reasonable and his tradies competent he cut corners where ever he could leaving me chasing him to fix the things. Heres just one example (see photos) of putting the wrong mirror cabinet in the wrong bathroom. When he realised he had made a mistake halfway through the job he carried on and put the other one up.
