I am wanting to move an external wall out to the edge of a 1.5 x 9m verandah. This is within the existing roof line and has existing foundations. I would like to re-use the french doors and windows. A new internal wall 3.8m long needs to be installed to create a 2nd bedroom and ensuite. Consented and financed so keen to begin.
