New Timber Deck - Residential

Hello We are wanting to construct a new timber deck in the lower portion of our backyard. See attached photographs of the area. The dimensions for the new deck are approximately 3m x 4m. We would like the construction to be similar to the upper deck which is shown in one of the photos. The top of the new lower deck will be at the base of the steps. We will need an hatch built into the deck to maintain access to the water tank shown in the photos. The footings for the deck posts will need to be setback from the existing fence line, with the deck joists cantilevered so the deck can be constructed flush with the fence. The root barrier is not to be disturbed at all. We are looking for a standard economical build option. Please provide an accurate quote for the works.
