Handyman Maintenance Tasks (painting, deck, fence, repairs etc)

I'm looking for someone (trustworthy and diligent) with handyman experience to finish a few maintenance tasks on my property. I'm mainly interested in someone who has painting experience but can also do repair work like installing new fence palings and deck planks. I don't want someone who is only interested in one or two of these jobs, I want someone with general home maintenance experience that can help me with all of them, please. Here are the current tasks I have: - Attach AC Remotes to Wall I have 3 handheld remote controls for my AC/heat-pump units that came with wall hanging holders that need to be attached to the walls. I do not have any nails/screws, just the holders (see photo). - Internal Wall Patching & Painting There are a few nail holes on the walls in my house where pictures were hanging that need to be patched and painted. - Replace Side Gate Lock One of my side gates (wooden fence) isn't lining up when closed and the lock is rusty. I need someone to do some minor repair work on the gate, possibly the hinge needs changing, and replace the lock as well. - Fence Repairs & Reinforcement Several of the palings on my fence have broken and need to be replaced. One part of the fence in the corner of my property is leaning over and needs to be propped up. I'd like to avoid installing new pylons if possible. I need someone with some basic handyman experience to be able to quickly take care of these repairs. - Minor Deck Repairs & Repainting There are several planks on my deck that need to be replaced. One of them has broken and several are worn or not structurally sound anymore and will likely break soon. I need someone to replace these planks and repaint them to match the rest of the deck. I have a supply of the paint for my deck already. - Exterior Paint Patching & Touch-Ups I need someone to do some exterior paint patching and touch-ups on the front of my house. There are a few spots where paint has worn away and that just needs restoration and blending to match the existing paint. I do not want a full repaint, just the affected spots and there are around a dozen of them in total. I don't need a professional painter but I do need someone with enough experience to be able to make the final job blend in seamlessly so you don't notice at a glance. - Building a New Shed Ramp I need someone to make a new wooden ramp for my shed as the current one is beyond repair. The new one can be very similar to the old one which is approximately --- . - Exterior House Cleaning The outside of my house needs a good clean as it looks a bit dirty due to general wear and tear from the elements. A pressure washer should be fine but just need to take into consideration the potential of asbestos with the house's age (1960s). Need all the windows, cobwebs, and gutters cleaned as part of this. - Install House Numbers on Brick Wall I have two 40cm brushed silver house numbers with black acrylic standoffs that I need to install on a brick wall on the front of my house. - Driveway Repairs There is a section of my driveway where the cement has cracked and some of it has broken into smaller chunks. I need to patch this up, ideally with a pour in cement mix or a driveway crack repair kit (or alternative you recommend). Other potential future work could include: - Install New Front Door - Cubby House Ladder & Deck Construction - Painting Old Pot Plants - Painting Mailbox - Painting Outside Shed - Painting Inside Shed - Painting Seat Bench - Green Waste Clean-Up - Laying Weed Mat & Garden Edging - Installing Garden Pavers - Pressure Wash Driveway I also have 120m of wooden fence to be painted and this could potentially be included in all this work but I am also sourcing quotes for that separately to compare costs and will go with the cheaper option. These are just some of the tasks I'm working through at the moment but if you're interested and think you can handle all of the work on this list then please reach out. I'm willing to pay an hourly rate of $30-$40 depending on experience and as you can see there is a lot of work I need help with so it will take a fair bit of time.
