Studio unit renovation

Hello 👋🏻 I'm looking at renovating my small studio unit rental, by moving the kitchen at the back into the front lounge so that the old kitchen becomes a 1 bedroom (depending on overall budget from all the trades in seeking help from). I'm looking for a builder to remove a wall (between current kitchen/bathroom) and build another one, 1m further out to create more space (as kitchen will be turned into a bedroom, and I'm ordering a new kitchen for the front lounge). This will make the current bathroom narrow but useable. I also need the current doorway to the kitchen gibbed up. And remove the current small kitchenette and gibbed up behind it. A 1.25m wide back of the wardrobe wall removed to create the new access to the new bedroom; and where the double wardrobe doors are. See diagram
