Studio and garage

Garage, Art Studio , and garage conversion. We have an existing garage that is currently being used as storage. We have just bought an extension of land and are wanting to put a 2 car garage lined with ply wood and carpeted with garage carpet or carpet tiles, power points and an electric garage door. There would also be an artist studio attached beside the garage with a small ‘kitchen’ space and power, gib lined, 1 1/2 height with stairs to a loft at one end and floor to ceiling built in bookshelf. We have architectural drawings. We would also be wanting the existing garage converted into a granny flat as per drawing.
