House Renovation

House renovation - removal of damaged flooring, all plumbing pipes redone, new flooring (aprox80sqm), repair or replace roof interior tiles, new bathroom, new seperate toilet, new laundry, kitchen do up (backsplash, countertops), all interior doors replaced, all window frame handles replaced, new front and back stairs, bottom damage of house exterior removed and replaced, whole house painted- we are wanting to know if anyone can do this whole job in sections so we can live in house while its been done and move accordingly within rooms when each section is done within house (i.e. spare room, bathroom, toilet and laundry, then 2 bedrooms, then living room, dining room and kitchen, then exterior work). Any estimates of both price and time frame welcome. Thank you
