Hi I would like the following done 1. Rotted soffit replaced, and painted it it doesnt match with the rest of the house 2. there is a birds nest under the soffit so that would need to be removed and any timber rotted replaced 3. 2x Downpiped cleaned as there is bird droppings on it. 4. 2x Spike put on the down pipe, (I can provide the spike)
