Remove old railing and replace with compliance. Prep, prime and paint with exterior grade paint pre assembly. Photos show the front part of my old green deck railing to be replaced, and example of replaced railing on unit next door.

Sam gave a very competitive quote, and communication during the process was great. He and the team were polite and respectful and the site was left tidy at the end of each day. The job did take a little longer than anticipated but that was due to my need to get the colour right. Sam was very patient with this, visiting the paint shop with me and even purchasing extra paint at his cost to meet my expectation. Small imperfections were remedied immediately, and the finished job is great.
