We are seeking an estimate to replace the cladding for the home we will soon be buying (5 St Michaels Avenue, Point Chevalier) — the building inspector identified that it’s past its life expectancy. We’d also like the estimate to include the approximate cost of making sure the windows are properly sealed along the edges. It’s fine for it to be a very rough estimate. Thanks!
