We need a builder to remove and dispose of the existing wall linings in a bedroom, install moisture barrier lining into cavities before, insulating, installing new gib and stopping ready for painting. Room measures 3600mm x 3100mm with a 2550mm stud. Window 1 measures 2600mm x 1470mm / Window 2 1370mm x 1470mm. The house is a 1950s bungalow with paper backed wallboard. Room contains two windows and a door. Also has carpet but plan to remove this after renovation. We’re looking to commence work following the installation of some new windows. Painting will be managed separately.
