Window Frame Rot Remediation and Door Hanging

We have two small carpentry jobs that need to be addressed in our 1930s weatherboard bungalow. Am looking for a carpenter to quote both. Window rot - see pics of base of the window frame. It has rotted through and is exposed so unsure how far the rot had gone. Window frame looks to need replacement. Doors - we have 3x internal doors that need to be hung properly as they either stick to do not catch their latch. We are also looking to get a new external/entryway door hung.

Work was completed as commissioned but the section of window box replaced doesn’t match the rest of the house - disappointed by this detail as I’d expected it would be matched.
