Firth Solar Brick Courtyard Wall

I'm after a quote to build a Firth solar brick courtyard wall that will run along the road frontage. It will be around 11 meters long by 1.6m high. There will be a plain concrete block foundation. I imagine there will be up to four plain block pillars, one at each end and two in the middle, to make three sections of solar block. Happy to negotiate design with successful bidder. Please show the labour cost and the two brick type costs separately on the quote. Section is flat and on a quiet road, so very good access.
